JULIANNA JACK …
is a Foley artist, score musician, and business operations specialist with CONDUIT Sound. Currently training in post-production audio editing, she supports projects through detailed Foley performance while also building the operational systems that help the studio run smoothly.
Julianna also collaborates with GreyDuck Productions as a video editor, expanding her storytelling toolkit across both sound and picture as she continues to grow her craft in production and post.
SETH PIOSKE …
is a sound mixer, composer, and all-around audio problem solver on the CONDUIT Sound team. Working across narrative film, documentary, and television, Seth brings a sharp ear and calm-on-set presence to every production.
From capturing clean production dialogue to contributing original musical ideas, Seth helps build the sonic foundation that carries a project from set to final mix.
NICK WRIGHT …
is a production sound mixer with CONDUIT Sound who thrives in the fast-moving world of on-set audio. With more than 50 film and television credits, his work includes projects such as Marmalade, V/H/S/85, Inherit the Viper, and 20/20.
Known for his steady presence, technical precision, and quick problem-solving, Nick helps ensure that performances are captured clearly - even in the most unpredictable production environments.
ARTHUR HEY …
is the Post Production Sound Supervisor with CONDUIT Sound, guiding projects through every stage of post audio with care and creativity. His work spans independent films, shorts, and television, including Sweet Revenge, Sunburst, Frogman, and Dark Cloud.
Arthur’s thoughtful approach and technical expertise help turn complex sound elements into cohesive, cinematic mixes. Known for his collaborative spirit and keen ear, he elevates every project he touches, ensuring the story is heard exactly as it deserves.
TED MORGAN …
is the co-owner of CONDUIT Sound and the technical backbone of the studio. With deep expertise in live music engineering, soundproof studio construction, computers and software, and all things electrical and mechanical, Ted has a rare ability to design and build spaces where great sound can thrive.
Whether he’s wiring a control room, engineering a live performance, or solving the kind of technical puzzle that makes everyone else scratch their heads, Ted brings decades of hands-on knowledge and ingenuity to the team.
Around CONDUIT he’s also known as the studio dad - the steady presence who keeps the systems, gear, and people running smoothly.
JIM MORGAN …
is the founder, CEO, and co-owner of CONDUIT Sound and the creative spirit behind the studio. A veteran production sound mixer, editor, and composer with more than 90 film and television credits - including Hearts Beat Loud, Damsel, Bones and All, and Brian Banks - Jim brings a deep love of storytelling to every project.
At CONDUIT, Jim has built more than a studio - he has created a creative home where filmmakers and sound artists collaborate, experiment, and pursue the highest level of craft in both location and post sound.
